Dr. Quentin Mercy III

    Dr. Quentin Mercy III is the direct descendant or Dr Quentin Mercy I, founder of the Mercy Hospital chain across the country and direct member of the founder's council of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Quantico Lab. He has experimented in the past with Dr. Storm of Miskatonic University in order to develop psycho-analytical drugs that help in the curing of mentally ill patients. Mercy's main area of expertise is Neurosurgery and Medicine.
    His age of 27 is an intimidation for many considering his position in power and financial control but has been leading the Mercy Foundation in its ancestral path towards "Goodwill and Good Care under the Blessing of Good Doctors." He has recently been busy with expeditions leading him and a group of other doctors in different fields to the jungles of South America for antigens that may lead to further cures for psychological and neural disorders. He may be found in his office, The Office of the President in Mercy General, Arkham County, or in room 525 at Quantico.
